Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the Tiln Dovrus platform at tilndovrus.com. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid program, you agree to be bound by the terms described below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate users from different regions. Accepted methods may include major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment instruments as indicated at checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location and the specific product or service being purchased.
All payment information is collected and processed by our authorized third-party payment processors. Tiln Dovrus does not store full card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on its own servers.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete your transaction.
If your local currency differs from the displayed currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and additional fees. Tiln Dovrus is not responsible for currency conversion costs or foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

3. Billing and Charges

3.1 One-Time Purchases

For single-purchase products, your payment method will be charged once at the time of checkout. Access to the purchased content or service is granted upon successful confirmation of payment.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Where subscription-based access is offered, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select — monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable. Billing continues automatically until you cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover scheduled charges. Failed payments may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

3.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional or discounted prices may be offered for a limited time or under specific conditions. Unless explicitly stated, promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing period. Subsequent billing cycles will revert to the standard rate.

4. Taxes and Additional Fees

Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your region and the nature of the purchase. Where required by applicable law, taxes such as value-added tax or goods and services tax will be added to the final amount at checkout. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a payment, you will receive a confirmation notification to the email address associated with your account. This confirmation serves as your receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us at help@tilndovrus.com before attempting to make another payment.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, access to the relevant service may be restricted until payment is successfully completed. We may attempt to process a failed payment more than once within a short period. It is your responsibility to update your payment information or contact your financial institution to resolve any issues.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the circumstances of the request. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed for all purchases.

7.2 Digital Content

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of online masterclasses and downloadable materials, purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted. Refund requests for digital content that has already been accessed may be declined.

7.3 Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact our support team at help@tilndovrus.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within ten business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred, please contact us directly at help@tilndovrus.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith and will work with you to investigate the matter promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute. Fraudulent chargeback claims may be contested and reported to the relevant payment networks.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription content until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise required.

10. Changes to Pricing

Tiln Dovrus reserves the right to modify pricing for any product or service at any time. For active subscriptions, price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next renewal date. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all purchases made through your account. You must ensure that your account credentials are kept confidential and that no unauthorized person has access to your account. Tiln Dovrus is not liable for charges resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain appropriate account security.
