We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may access and engage with course materials, instructional content, and community features solely for your own learning and skill development.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, course structures, software, and branding elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Tiln Dovrus or its licensed instructors and content partners. All rights are reserved.

Your purchase of access to a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view that content for personal educational use only. No ownership or additional rights are transferred to you.

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, project files, or feedback, you grant Tiln Dovrus a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

The name Tiln Dovrus, associated logos, and all product or service names are trademarks of Tiln Dovrus. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

All prices are displayed on the platform and are subject to change without notice. Purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Tiln Dovrus does not store complete payment card information.

Upon successful payment, access to purchased course content will be granted as described on the relevant product page. Unless otherwise stated, course access is granted to a single user account and may not be transferred.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at help@tilndovrus.com within the applicable refund window. Refunds will not be issued for content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded.

The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Tiln Dovrus does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
